Booking for this activity's sessions will end 30 minutes before the start time.
Brand new session! The team have been busy training and practising and are really excited to be able to offer AquaFit classes.
Session are suitable for ages and abilities and there will be modifications shown to the movements to suit you.
We will bop away to some tunes whilst using the water for resistance to build up strength and mobility.
If you have a medical condition, please check with your doctor before signing up.
Please note that access to the pool is via steps, a lifeguard and teacher will be on hand to assist if needed.
Introductory price of £45 for the term or £8 pay as you go.
