Non-weight bearing exercise for a gentle, safe and effective water workout.
Enhancing psychological wellbeing and bonding with your baby.
Improving posture, balance and abdominal and back strength during pregnancy.
Suitable for post-natal mums too.
Each class is 1 hour and costs £11.50per class.
