Aquafit - Wednesday

Our popular new aquatic fitness sessions.Session are suitable for ages and abilities and there will be modifications shown to the movements to suit you.

Aquafit is a great all body workout. We will bop away to some tunes whilst using the water for resistance to build up strength and mobility.

If you have a medical condition, please check with your doctor before signing up.

Please note that access to the pool is via steps, a lifeguard and teacher will be on hand to assist if needed.
