We offer exclusive 45 minute aquatic therapy sessions where you can follow your own mobility exercises at your own pace in the warm water pool. Just £10 per session
This session is not led by an instructor but instead our expert team fully supervise the session to ensure that it is a safe and friendly opportunity to benefit from the benefits of aquatic therapy.
The pool is fully accessible with a hoist available and to support you into the pool.
It is an adult only activity we do not offer peadiatric hydrotherapy.
